As a Bilingual Communications Specialist, my role includes bridging language and culture by translating internal communications into Spanish for our Florida plant teams, while also bringing those messages to life through design. I create internal graphics for monthly internal graphics, employee events, and branded apparel—balancing clarity, creativity and brand consistency to support engagement and connection across coworkers.
