As a Bilingual Communications Specialist, my role includes bridging language and culture by translating internal communications into Spanish for our Midwest and Florida plant teams, while also bringing those messages to life through design. I create internal graphics for monthly internal graphics, employee events, and branded apparel—balancing clarity, creativity and brand consistency to support engagement and connection across coworkers.
