As a Junior Graphic Designer , my role includes translating internal communications into Spanish for our Midwest and Florida plant teams, while also bringing those messages to life through design. I create internal graphics for monthly internal graphics, employee events, and branded apparel—balancing clarity, creativity and brand consistency to support engagement and connection across coworkers.
